About Us
NorthSTAR Foundation is a North Las Vegas nonprofit built to bring government, businesses, philanthropists, and fellow nonprofits together around a single goal: a stronger city for everyone who lives here. We raise funds for local projects, the kind of practical, visible improvements that make North Las Vegas a place people are proud to call home. We are not here to reinvent the wheel, and we are not here to compete with the organizations already doing good work. NorthSTAR helps bridge the gap between existing resources and what it takes to bring a project, program, or idea across the finish line. That may mean extending a community program, supporting a pilot or innovative idea, or providing the additional funding needed to turn an opportunity into action.

Meet the Team
Executive Director, NorthSTAR Foundation
Erin Keller serves as Executive Director of NorthSTAR Foundation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in advancement, development, and community partnership building. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Nevada State University and UNLV, where she has led institutional advancement and development efforts and built relationships that connect organizations, donors, and communities. She brings that experience to NorthSTAR’s work of connecting community needs with the partners and resources that can help move North Las Vegas forward.
